Bio
This is a health journal, seperate from my main livejournal. As such, many of the interests I have listed are very body-focused.
I am 22 years old, and am using this journal to deconstruct my feelings about my body, learn proper nutrition & excercise, etc.
I am also seriously considering abdominoplasty as a health option (non-cosmetic), and so many of my posts may have to do with my feelings on this.
I think I am beautiful. I am against sizeism, and will never tailor myself to fit a mold. I do however realize that my body is at a health risk, and need to understand exactly how it works, and how my emotions fit into how I take care of my body, and vise versa.
